Can I transfer my registration to another person?

Yes. Transfers to another participant are permitted through February 14, 2027. To initiate a transfer, email us at the address on the Contact page with your original registration details and the name and email of the person taking your spot. Transfers requested after February 14 cannot be guaranteed.

What is the refund policy?

Registrations are non-refundable after 14 days from the date of purchase. Within 14 days, a full refund (minus a $10 processing fee) may be requested by contacting our team. After the 14-day window, we encourage you to transfer your registration rather than forfeit it.

Can I sign up as part of a team or group?

Absolutely. Enter your team or group name in the 'Team / Group Name' field during registration. There is no minimum or maximum group size. Team members must each register individually. Team names will appear on race-day materials when four or more members register under the same team name.

What distances are available?

We offer four distances: 5K, 10K, Half Marathon (13.1 miles), and Full Marathon (26.2 miles). All distances begin and finish in downtown Denton, Texas.

When will I receive my race packet?

Race packet pickup details will be emailed to all registered participants in February 2027. Packets include your bib number, timing chip, event t-shirt, and welcome materials. Race-day pickup will be available with a valid photo ID.

Is there a waitlist if registration sells out?

Yes. If a distance category reaches capacity, a waitlist option will appear during registration. Waitlisted participants will be notified by email as spots become available, in the order they joined the waitlist.
