Join us for International Women's Day Marathon in Denton, Texas, featuring four distances designed to welcome runners of every fitness level: the full marathon (26.2 miles), the half marathon (13.1 miles), the 10K (6.2 miles), and the 5K. Elevation Profile
The course is predominantly flat with a gentle rolling grade through the campus section. Peak elevation change stays under 80 ft, making it approachable for first-time marathoners and experienced runners alike.

Aid Stations
Aid stations every 2 miles on the full and half marathon course, every 1 mile on the 10K and 5K. Water, electrolyte drinks, and energy gels available at stations. Medical personnel stationed at miles 6, 13, and the finish line.
Bag Check
Secure bag check opens at 5:30 AM near the start/finish area. Numbered tags included in your race bib packet. All bags must be claimed by 2:00 PM on race day.

What is the registration cutoff date?
Online registration closes February 28, 2027 at 11:59 PM CST. Race-day registration may be available for the 5K and 10K only, subject to capacity — check the Register page for the latest availability.
Is there a pace requirement or time limit?
The full marathon has a 6-hour time limit (13:44 min/mile pace). The half marathon has a 3.5-hour time limit. The 10K has a 2-hour time limit. The 5K has no time limit. Participants must be able to maintain a safe pace along the open-road sections.
How does timing work? Will I receive a timing chip?
All registered runners receive a chip-timed bib. Your official finish time is recorded at the start mat and finish line. Results are posted online within 2 hours of the last finisher crossing.
Where can I find my results?
Preliminary results are posted live on the event website during the race. Final certified results are published within 48 hours of the event. Age-group and overall awards are announced at the finish-line ceremony.
Can I transfer my registration to another runner?
Registration transfers are accepted until February 14, 2027. Contact the race director via the Contact page to initiate a transfer. Transfers after this date are not available.
What if the event is canceled or postponed?
In the unlikely event of cancellation due to severe weather or safety concerns, registered runners will be notified by email at least 24 hours in advance. Refund and deferral policies will be communicated at that time.
